Having served 11 years in the United States Navy, 35 years as a pastor, and 4 years as administrator of a Christian School, God has given me a lifetime of stories to share. I have a variety of short stories, devotionals, and Bible studies that I believe God has called me to make available for others to read and grow in Christ.
Blessed beyond measure by a loving God, I have learned to trust our Savior in every circumstance. God has blessed me with an amazing wife who completed seminary with me, given me three awesome children, and served the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention as a Resort Minister and Campus Minister for 35 years.
He has also blessed me with three wonderful children who have all chosen to serve the Lord as leaders in their churches. My daughter and her husband planted a church in Dagsboro, Delaware, that my wife and I now attend since our retirements. My daughter has gone on to be with the Lord, but her husband, our son-in-law serves as our pastor. My two sons are both pastors serving the Lord with grace and wisdom.
My greatest joy in life at this stage of my life is Nine amazing grandchildren. I see these beautiful young people and I have hope for the future. All 9 are committed believers and are finding their place in the Kingdom of God as they serve the Lord in their own unique ways.
